A true testament to human error, Child's Play looks at what 'could' happen should an AI, with no safety limitations, do anything to make sure his owner is happy. Chucky wants nothing more than to get some more playtime with Andy and the best part is none of it is really Chucky's fault. Some people call this a "Soulless remake" and they couldn't be farther from the truth, though Charles Lee Ray doesn't make an appearance, Han Solo... Pardon me... Chucky in this movie is more childlike and jovial as he tries to understand his place in the world. Sort of like a horror/gore meets the movie A.I. and it was done well, in my opinion.
