This movie was watchable to say the most, the actors were good, but their talent was wasted, parts make absolutely no sense, the ending was insanely unsatisying, also throughout the entire movie most people probably think that Elle’s uncle is her brother until she introduces him to elizabeth, it kind of drags in with the same ida for one and a half hours, also is Elle a mermaid, why does she have a heart of the ocean, what’s her backstory I watched this a few hours ago so I know I’m not forgetting anything, still this movie is good to watch with children 10 under but not until they’ve seen the original, this movie had great potential but it was a bit disappointing, I give it a 5/10 for watchable, good for young kids, and no backstory.
