I died to a hacker in labs and I lost my red rebel in the same raid. I go to put in a support ticket for both and here is the issue : 1: they said I need to have video proof for the hacker ( which most people dont ) 2: They refuse to comp anyones items although many people spent hours upon hours obtaining these item just to have them ripped away from us in seconds. I've had over 600hrs in Tarkov and ive enjoyed the game alot, but the company just turning a blind eye to all of these issues just goes to show where they are putting all that money ( straight into their pocket). 0/10 for caring for their customers
