Film: good Main character of surgeon: believable The protagonist Romesh: wishy-washy. (Revenge would be better motive than conscience.) Conscience prompts one to either move away from situation or complain to higher authorities. It doesn't take you to court !!

I think it was very well showcased, this unfolding of a big stockmarket scam. It was unfortunate that the distribution and showing of this film in 2006 was blocked by vested interests. It deserved a better box-office reckoning.
