A great game! It is a surival horror at heart with fixed isometric camera angles. Its exploration, world interconnecting and new abilities (ie key cards) has a metroidvania style to it. Lots of secret locations and items to find. The puzzles are the just right amount of challenging. A fee times i had to aimlessly explore to find the next thing to do, but it never lasted too long. Combat was strange to me at first but grew on me once getting used to it.

A fantastic looter shooter. Engaging gameplay with human and feature enemies to keep things from getting too repetitive. Really cool gear, looks and features/mods. The recycling method of gear for mods is great and the multiple ways to upgrade weapons: mod, level, and rarity. I played the game through solo as the pyro classwhich was fun, had some good abilities for taking out bosses and large groups of enemies. The gameplay once you beat the walkthrough isn't great but fits the story line. Instead I am looking to replay the campaign soon as a different class. Well done People Can Fly!

It is a great buy at it's $20 price! It's a really satisfying 3d platformer/adventure and with a great combat system to go with it. I highly recommend this game!! The gameplay is a masterpiece, it had me hooked. It does a great job as far as how your abilities progress, how the world is connected, and it doesn't make the path to the next location too easy to find but doesn't make it so difficult that your stuck for an hour. The artwork is gorgeous. The controls are great. Impressive sound track. The only problem I had was the game crash twice in 20 hours of gameplay, but the game is worth it. And since then there has been a major patch released addressing these crashes, and it was just announce that free additional dlc content is being added Sep 30, 2021.
