I was waiting for this movie to come out to the theaters for a long time with huge expectations but it was a complete disappointment. Once again, a period movie with a big budget has fallen into the whims of today's progressivism which had absolutely nothing to do in the 1500's. Cultural diversity is great, but to have that pushed into a period movie such as the Elizabethan age is absurd. Huge historical inaccuracies. Cinematography was brilliant, so were the costumes and sets but nothing more than that. 2/5
