My absolute favourite will always be original But this movie was beautifully done when it comes to picture and graphics It was almost nostalgic and touchy to get to know how they all met each other and how they relationships developed. What I found to be downside is too much singing (i dont really like musicals of any kind anyway) and songs are not catchy....I mean nothing will ever be as catchy as hakuna matata.... Without saying too much and spoiling anything i want to add that the continued similarity between his experiences and simbas became a bit too much and I was almost expecting some originality to kick in any second to shake things up and move the whole story line to the next level..... overall it was a nice movie..but will it become one of repeatedly watched movies like original still is...not on my list...

In my opinion embarrassment was ment to be centre and main controller of Riley in companionship with confusion (does not even exist) and fear that has panic attacks for portraiting 13 year old girl. They had so many options to make the movie hilarious. Introduce hormones, falling in love (that kind of love is not even on the radar), clumsiness, islands of random imaginary stories...responsibilities.... but they choose to focus on single sport camp day and a game! Such a shame. Boredom paired with sarcasm for me is highlight of the movie. Anger vanished and almost all emotions where out of character in many situations which makes the purpose of their existence pointless. I really hope they make another teenage Riley movie(maybe when she hits 15 16) and talk to actual teenagers before they decide the plot of if.. and introduce whole lot of other emotions with it! And make it hilarious. They should leave anxiety control for some other movie when Riley becomes mum!! And maybe introduce tiredness in form of rain when all emotions get wet,down and have low blood pressure and don't function and hide in sleep deprivation room of brain :)

Watched this movie last night and for good hour after it could not sleep ...was hugging my sleeping husband like I'll never see him again and thinking about my two little boys and how precious our life is. Some scene's are permanently tatooed in my head . This movie touched my soul and made me realise how ungrateful we are to just...be.. Masterpiece of the movie which I will not dare to watch second time... disturbing...raw...true colour of the war with moments that literally make your heart skip the beat (you can get out but leave the children scene and mum trying to escape only to be forced to leave her little son to burn without her is the moment this movie has permanently become most disturbing movie I ever watched) and every other moment after that just confirmed it.
