Excellent all the way through, but I did feel some of the comedy die off after Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe left. Minor complaint Consistently hilarious from clever writing and deliveries, to slapstick and physical performances. Recurring characters like Councilman Jamm, Perd Hapley, Joan Collamezzo, Jean Ralphio and many more kept the laughs rolling in, and there are tons of great cameos from John McCain and Joe Biden, to Michelle Obama, Sam Elliott, Paul Rudd and Patton Oswalt. Highly recommend, and you will get caught up in character stories, (and possibly emotional), when different characters get married or leave Pawnee. I even particularly loved the episode where Leslie sends Ron on a VERY special and unexpected journey to Scotland. (I won't ruin the surprise). Enjoy and binge!
