Feels like an homage to an old buddy of mine named Marc Lawrence, who directed or wrote similar rom-com films like, Two Weeks Notice, Music & Lyrics, and Miss Congeniality, among others. This is not highbrow stuff, but it’s a fun way to spend 90 minutes.
