This is book is a million times worth reading, I loved every page of it. Leigh Bardugo has a special way of writing such a simple plot and making it sound so original and fascinating. I saw some reviews complain that this is a story about another love triangle, please don't listen I can't stress enough how wrong they are about this. I love this book so much I bought the Six of Crows and King of Scars duology, worth every second of my time, and you should get them too.

Honestly, I could not recommend this book enough. I'm aware that some of my friends find starting the book tricky because the author dives abruptly into this world that she has built and sometimes that can be intimidating, but it is absolutely worth it. This is probably one of my favourite franchises that I've read and if the beginning is hard to get into then I recommend reading her book Shadow and Bones first which is her first book of her trilogy that is also based in the same world as Six of Crows, but you don't miss anything with the characters, and the world is more slowly explained.
