This book is really good at keeping you hooked. It also try’s to make a connection between the main character Michael a teenage Irish boy, and you as the reader. I personally have read this book several times because it is just that good. Through this book the Author Alan Gratz is trying to tell that the Irish had a lot to do with the allies winning the war against Germany.
