Contradicting to the general rating, I actually quite enjoyed it because of the below reasons: 1. Got a sneak peak of Polish acting (I have not seen many Polish films) 2. Enjoyed the modernistic approach to better suit new audience 3. Was a bit different than the usual : a hunk dude and the girl fall in love and end up surviving 4. I found the kids' acting much better than a lot of other movies 5. A few jump scares What I would have liked to see more was what happened to the other kids? Did they go through this monster chase as well? Sure, we have a lot of better slasher movies but this was nice as well.
