It was great. Im old so ive read the boom and seen the original too many times. I got honest to god chills whenever pennywise was on screen. He was mesmerizing. The pacing was pretty good, thi they skipped over some things that I would’ve liked to see, but no big deal. The kids were awesome. Chemistry was off the charts. I did find the over sexulaization of bev pretty weird. The slit shaming was so hard and fast. Yeah i know it’s realistic, especially in the 80s, a girl hanging with guys, but still hard to sit through. Loved the kids swearimg, dont see enougb of that anymore.
