Wow could this be Lana pulling a "Producers"/"Bamboozled" on the masses? My Theory: Make a reboot SOOO TERRIBLE that no other director dares to follow suit. Plus side is we all get a long deserved break from vapid remakes and nostolgia pandering cash grabs.
