I just stumbled upon this movie. I hadn't even heard about it previously. When I saw the picture of Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds, I thought, oh, this must be an older movie. I was shocked to see it was just from last year, 2022. I briefly started to watch the trailer and knew immediately I wanted to see more. And BOY did I see MORE!! I abso-FRIGGIN-lutely LOVE this movie!! Full disclosure: I am also a complete sucker for musicals. This is destined to be mounted as a live Broadway musical and I for one, will be one of the first to line up for tickets. It is done so exquisitely well and an ingenious take on a tale that's as old as time (forgive the musical reference). I just finished watching it and I already want to watch it again. Also disclosure, I rarely ever right reviews on Google, but I felt compelled to do so. Please watch it. It was an absolute joy.
