Fridaythe13th partx

About thirty minutes into this movie I actually forgot I was watching it as my mind wandered and I thought about other things I could be doing like sleeping or watching a better movie. Further proof that the script is everything or as in this case the script is actually nothing. Just a confusing muddled mess of a vanity project that even Oscar caliber actors cannot save.Too bad because the trailer actually made it look good.

Not sure who was controlling this production but the talented cast was totally wasted on a lackluster script and amateurish direction. The score was also incredibly distracting and downright intrusive in key scenes where dramatic music wasn't necessary to maintain tension. All in all too bad because in more capable hands with a better script it would have been an interesting story.
