Awesome should have done better released too early…needs a sequel

Loved the TP Watch books always wanted a Guy Richie / Sin City style movie like this rather than a child’s story...this series is heading in the right direction but missed the mark, they mixed up too many storylines that it lost being the MAIN appeal...a good crime / murder mystery. They should have built up the characters back-story but the characters are wrong Stone faced Vimes - was an street smart fighter / leader based on Clint Eastwood not a stupid skinny weaselling man Vetinari - tall skinny predatory flamingo - Charles Dance - not a obvious woman with a Dune haircut Carrot - a simple king like statuesque muscular man not to mention cheery a dwarf. TP was a master of Wit, this series only managed to be a half of one That said love Sybil, “attracted to strong women” also like the goblins and set design a modern twist on a normally Victorianesque style. Shame would love to see this done right
