I don't understand the adoration for the movie. The story seemed almost incoherent where it just kind of threw characters in random situations. Not to mention the 2 main characters of the story were in a super wierd relationship between a 25 year old and a 15 year old. The movie almost glorifies an extremely toxic and unhealthy relationship. I really enjoy these quirky almost indie feeling films but this one is just not it. Sure it's visually appealing but I also don't want to watch hours of pretty scenes to then be left scratching my head and wondering what I just wasted my time watching.
