I have a feeling most people who are raving about this shell of a movie, either didn't see the first one, and/or only know Eddie Murphy as Dr Doolittle. They have no idea what he used to do in the 80s. I undertsand we live a "gentler, let's all be politically correct society". But making it a PG13 movie totally killed it. It was a waste of all the comedic talent casted. Im not sure when Eddie Murphy became Mr. Rogers.... Furthermore, the storyline was completely unbelievable, unlike the first. This should have been a Disney movie....
