Absolutely a terrible experience here from start to finish. Locked out of room several times, locked out of self parking with no response from assist, and finally the front desk manager at 10:03 PM Kristie was as rude as can be and unhelpful to guests as possible. Why she’s in the hospitality business is beyond me. Has to be because of post corona.
