I've been eating a plant based diet for past 36 years. I'm currently 65 and have no adverse health conditions and take no medications. I did finally have to get prescription eyeglasses at age of 62. How many times has a physician asked you about your diet? EXACTLY! Healthy diet equals a healthy body. As long as we remain unhealthy our SICK medical system thrives!
