Janie Yap

This is a hard-to-put-down book that is totally riveting and gives a good insight into beliefs and tight family relationships within (to me) a little known country. It deals with characters breaking away from traditions, the guilt of some who tried and the confusion of others faced with changing times. Jokha Alharthi weaves a fine tale.
