Complex, discursive, informational and a ripping yarn. Everything that is Stephenson. As fascinating a read as The Difference Engine. I only wish Stephenson could crank them out more quickly!

Excellent novel in the space opera genre. Huge in scope (and size), the novel gives a lot of bang for the buck. Great character development, intriguing premise, continuous development in the story line, and always inventive. Great action scenes. Would love to read more than the two present novels in the fractalverse.
