here are some people those who say jai ravana, but they should also say jay ram because ram have always favoured the people those who fulfill their duties and words etc. but he never asked shurpanakha for being married with him. instead she proposed him, which was against his promise to sita mata that he will have a single wife and that is sita.So,He disapproved shurpanakha, which doesnot give her the right to attack on sita mata. And, Ram will punish those who disrespect DHARMA; like shurpanakha and tadka, because DHARMA means FULFILL YOUR WORDS, ACTIONS,DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES TOWARDS YOUR FELLOW BEINGS AND WHOLE HUMAN SOCIETY. Dharma never meant religion!!!!!!!!!! APOLOGIES.......
