Idk what SICK author wrote and illustrated this but how DO YOU SIT THROUGH AN ILLUSTRATION AND WRITING PROCESS thinking it's ok to introduce KIDS into the world of LGBTQ. LEAVE THE KIDS ALONE, If you want to identify as the ceiling it's ok just dont get the kids into it, let their minds remain pure. I got this book from the library for my brother thinking oh it's going to be a book talking about how kids over came the loosing streak they had in their team and becoming better, and in the process they would find new friends and different friend groups they would feel comfortable in but nooooo, we get a lgtbq plot twist ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! and a team that just quit instead of trying, what kind of quiting mentality are you trying to promote?! Like c'mon the coach doesn't even try to motivate the team he just sits on his phone and he clearly DOESN'T BELIEVE IN THEM AGAIN I DONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST THE COMMUNITY, I respect their decisions and their sexualities, I'm not homophobic, just dont introduce this to kids Also to the author, Learn about the sport of soccer at least before you use the sport as an excuse to writing a book promoting your questionable topic. YOU CAN'T, Call time out (team huddle) in the middle of a soccer game unless it's a water Break. And YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF A MATCH!!
