If you're into serious cooking or not this is a great show to learn how cooking is done...scientifically. They have a great cook book out of the first 19 years of the show. Both show and book explain their reasoning behind each dish. It gets taped in my house so I don't miss a lesson. Someday I hope they will try to recreate Ralston Purina's Ry Krisps. That's the only food I can think of they haven't presented. Tape the TV show and get the cook book.
