Leigh Mackelvey

I’ve read all of the books except the newest. I was disappointed so far I’m the first two episodes. I couldn’t figure out which book it was based on. When I saw that Clara was still married to Peter I realized it must have been one of the first books. I didn’t recognize the plot though. I like the acting of Gamache but he didn’t look at all as I had imagined him. None of the main characters looked like the ones I had in my mind. I’ll watch the entire season for sure and perhaps I’ll get used to the characters. Myrna was the closest character to my imagined characters! It’s funny that each reader most likely has imagined the appearances differently as we are reading. Ruth was recognizable because of the duck.
