i was expecting more of a "is it really a play or not" kinda narrative, while it certainly tries to do that, it's not doing very well. Especially when the protagonist appears to be delusional and it doesn't really serve any purposes, they could have played around with "is she seeing things or are they really a scam". It's also not much of a twist. Interestingly plot though.
