I like that it shows people as people, and the humanity of Jesus. This series doesn't rely on special effects to show the miracles Jesus performed. There's only one part of the series that I don't like. As a Black woman, I don't like seeing the servants at the wedding in Cana iff being portrayed by Black men who had a sort of "Step-'n-Fetch It" attitude. I noticed that throughout the series, a good attempt to portray a diverse population was achieved. However, as much as I truly love "The Chosen", I cringe every time I see that scene. It would have been nice if the servants were also diverse, or if they hadn't been portrayed at all. A reference to the servants could have been made without the visual. I've never read in the Bible that the servants at the wedding were of a particular race. May God bless your efforts. Thank you for creating such a wonderful series about our Savior's time on earth.
