This is probably the most infuriating show I have ever seen. So much so, that I'm writing a review of it on here, something I've never done before. On the most basic level, the acting and writing is dreadful. Almost every piece of decision-making and dialogue that comes with it is entirely nonsensical and flat out stupid. Worst of all, though, is the underlying theme of the entire show, which is especially hammered in by the ending: monogamy is archaic and an extension the patriarchal society women are forced to abide by in America. Marriage is merely a way to suppress women's inner desires at the behest of their male counterparts, particularly their significant others, most of whom are implied to be nothing more than products of settling. By no means am I traditionalistic in my views of the world or social progress, but the message this show delivers is so immoral and regressive I can't possibly not write about it. If you don't care about story arcs or anything like that, and instead want to watch a show solely for the sex scenes, which in this case are basically soft-core porn scenes, then this show is definitely for you, but if you're looking for literally anything with substance, this is not it. Horrendous.
