Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffes performance was outstanding loved this movie it was funny and had great underlying messages would love to see more from these writers!!!

The parent child dynamic in this movie is horrible I don't care what the past is for thier family she's a bad mom and he's a bad kid the ending left so many questions for everyone other than the two he was with like the U.S. bombed them then a few minutes later it the destruction stops and the orb leaves if I was the president I would think I did that and in think so the world goes back to how it was there was no evolution of the human race that took place no collective consciousness of what to do next just the love for her son saved the world basically a hallmark/disney magic ending that was very unsatisfying
