BE CAREFUL! GMA unfortunately endorses products by other companies who do not provide the kind of service you would expect them to be endorsing. My wife bought a Echolon rowing machine that when finally assembled it did not work. We worked with the company to resolve the issue and we are four months out from the purchase and it is still not fixed. Ivan Moh from Echolon originally was helping but when the replacement part was shipped to the wrong address (which they won’t ship to a PO Box and didn’t tell us so they never shipped the part) they entered the wrong address and on FedEx would only allow them to fix the address. After being told that I gave them the wrong address (which if you look at my string of notes to Ivan I did not) they still haven’t shipped the part. BE CAUTIONED ABOUT GMA ENDORSEMENTS!
