Gandhi is a extraordinary movie of an even more extraordinary man who lived in this world. The movie tells the tale of Gandhi is a great way and reminds us of how great a man he was. With an ordinary start, and how there were few incidents he made sure justice was done and did not accept wrong being done. Even after more than 39 years the movie still resonates with the viewers and make us think about Gandhi and his teachings. For the first instance I thought the actor playing Gandhi was an Indian but Ben Kingsley has done a superb job, the movie also backed 8 Oscars with 11 nominations.

Notting Hill is a beautiful story of two people who meet, their lives are completely different, and how they still patch together. Though people might believe it is a true story but it has not been confirmed by the makers. The movie has a great storyline and fantastic scenes. A very light and extraordinary movie will make you feel anything could happen in this world.

The movie is in based on the World War and Charlie Chaplin has courageously shown the world what is right with the help of this movie. A must watch for each and everyone to learn a few lessons and have great laughs.

Some like it hot is a great romantic comedy; I watched it just for Marilyn Monroe and loved her in it. The movie is funny and the storyline is simple. You can watch it to lighten your mood. The movie revolves around the two men and how they run away from issues leading from one trouble to the other. The movie is simple with great comdey.

Lincoln is a gem of a movie Daniel Day-Lewis has done a phenomenal job, the movie focuses on how Lincoln passed the constitutional amendment for abolishing slavery and events during those times. The movie is not a life depiction of Lincoln but only a small part of his life.

It's a Wonderful Life is a gem in its own right, a simple and happy movie. I have’nt seen a movie which is simple yet wonderful. The movie at the end leaves you with tears in your eyes. The title of the movie tells the message that the movie carries. A must watch if you want to lighten your heart.

Frida movie is as great a depiction of her as she was an artist. You always feel you are part of her life and moving and feeling her struggles. The story hers is thoroughly inspiring and different just like her paintings. I would highly recommend you to see her original paintings to be in awe. The movie focuses on her life and how she makes her ends meet and also her personal life.

Gladiator movie is great watch for history lovers specially, because Roman Empire is so well represented here. Though the writers have written a fiction story but few details and scenarios are in line with history. The movie has some great war scenes and fights if you like them.

The reports of how work was carried out on Facebook that stormed the news are shown in the movie as well. There are interesting people we get to know about from the movie and it is great to read about them and their work.

2001: A Space Odyssey is counted among the best movies on space travel. For a person who has not seen any movie on space travel, this movie is not a good one to start with, the movie is super slow and has lot of details. The movie looks great on screen; back in 1968 it was so well made that even in 2021 the things in the movie looks so real. There are few readings one needs to do post the movie to understand parts of the movie which is fair bit to do.
