The game keeps glitching and freezing. Then the game force quits and then banned from playing for a certain period of time. I talked to someone about this issue and they said to reset game/console. I did that and still not fixed. My Xbox is hard wired and I don't have any issues with any other online game. Stop adding new stuff every time I log on and fix your bugs first
