Dracula A.D. 1972 For Me Is Unique Because It Is Completely The Opposite Of What One Would Expect From A Dracula Feature. Mike Vickers' Groovy Soundtrack Moves Away From The Moody Gothic Sounds That One Would Expect In A Horror Picture. The Teenagers Being Lured Into Danger From A Fanatic/Follower Of The Dark Arts Seems Like It's Torn Straight From The Headlines Of Today's News. A Dark Unsettling Premise, Yet Campy At The Same Time Gives The Movie A Cocktail Of Colourful Weirdness That Is Such An Enjoyable Mix. Therefore I have Placed It As One Of My Favourite Films.
