Absinthe Alice

From the erratic jumps between present, and past, under developed MAJOR characters, over developed MINOR characters, and many irrelevant focuses on irrelevant and unhelpful sidelines. This iteration of a superb and compelling story is near impossible to follow much less invest time into. While I will always list this book as my favorite King novel, the current film adaptation is, essentially, unwatchable.
