A powerful, uplifting movie depicting a courageous, fearless woman. Outstanding performances, beautiful cinematography, compelling story. Historically significant. I related to the comments about "polacks" as my Polish relatives immigrated here legally. It's not about Feminists, nuns, it's about courage and faith. Feminists who are offended, this was the 1800s. That's how a strong woman was treated. Some subtitles. Highly recommend.
