Not an absolute disaster. Everything looks the same and ship navigation and battle is worse now than an 11 year old Black Flag.
Extremely thin campaign with nothing drawing you into the life of a pirate. Abysmal looting system, no land combat, looting or resource gathering. FFS, you chop trees from your ship.
It's seems like a trend in the industry. Big CEO's making promises and failing on every aspect. Bethesda and CD Project Red comes to mind.
Wait for the price to plumet before purchasing.
I would rather pay for a Black Flag remaster than this over-rated game.
