Lighting and set design was good, other than that, it was too long, pacing was too slow. Not enough action sequences. The flooding threat for the final action sequence was not foreshadowed at all for some reason, this is screenwriting 101. This is what happens when you get the Planet of the Apes director to make a comic book movie. Didn't like how they changed Thomas Wayne's backstory, and insinuating Bruce Wayne is broke creates a problem with him funding his crimefighting endeavors. I wanted to walk out of the movie but thought it might get better, so stayed - it was a mistake.

Classic comedy from my childhood, I find myself watching it every decade.

It's funny how the screenwriter thinks that audiences will believe that cars sitting in a bunker for 76 years can not only start and still have inflated tires, but will be capable of a high speed chase. Another unrealistic scene is the scaffolding being dismantled by simply removing pins, I'd like to see this on a construction site. Too many forced twists in the film that try to make it look smart. 2/5
