Nicely divided by seasons and episodes. I would have preferred a smoother overall narrative rather than the disjointed jumping from one person to another.
Why isn't Catherine Tate noted in the Actors section of the Cast of Characters? Her character is discussed on p. 384-387 but her own voice/perspective is absent from the book.
