I do like this show but I don’t think the sisters should get the extra money when an offer is higher than the one they set. The extra money should go to the sellers. After all, it is their property and some locations are worth higher than others. Lets say there are two identical house but different locations, EXACT work done but one location is worth more. It’s like paying for a service, it should be a set service price plus the cost of the materials. Seems like taking advantage of the sellers.
