Self-pitying ex high school basketball star applies “worse than Law & Order” legal/policing chops to horribly-written crime drama. Nothing except Winslow’s weight gain and drinking are remotely believable in this series. But at least their patient care scenes are dumber than their law enforcement-related failings. Lordy.
