Very entertaining narrative and good contrast between modern-day legacies of Alexandria and how it links to his conquest of Asia. The overarching point about his deification and worship, from birth to the end of Persia, and his eventual insistence on combining the Hellenistic and Persian worlds makes this docuseries unique from other pieces on him. Critiques: Some historically inaccurate tidbits like his appearance and the way they portrayed battles - Alexander was noted for his innovative tactics and use of things like Phalanxes but the series goes for a more LoTR style battle sequences.

This movie gave me a headache. Vijay’s acting was good but the plot was rubbish. Also, factually incorrect. Hitler won by one vote? Sweetie, Hitler only had the ability to take over the Weimar Republic because he had the majority vote. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
