I think this is more of a 4.5/5 imo cause of graphics. Apart from the negatives of graphics and a community that is completely insatiable to have every single one of their desires met in a video game (see 1 star reviews). Here are a handful of positives from a genuine review... Gameplay: catching is fun and addictive. you get rewards for catching which also... make it more fun and addictive! the transitions from wild pokemon battle to overworld are smooth and you do real time battles. i love this and i think it's wonderful not having a snooze fest of a transition here to transition here. it just flows and that is really nice. There is a world to explore. Although it's not purely "open-world" i kinda like it cause it breaks it up for me. A great foundation to build on for the future! Page Format: the items listed as big icons is really nice instead of a long eternal list. this is wonderful and more BOTW-esque. More Difficult: Boss battles are interesting at best, but just the concept of catching pokemon, you can "faint or die" and having to grind and make more money w/o cheat codes is challenging and fun. It is finally more fun than battling against Youngster Joey with his 3 Metapods and Fisherman Kevin and his 4 Magikarps. Alpha pokemon are terrifying and i think that is wonderful. The folks who say "it holds your hand the whole time" are wrong. Hand holding is Sword and Shield and fighting your rival "Hop." Side quests: they are simple and fun and they keep you exploring. Move Sets: You can just straight up pick moves they have already learned w/o going to a PokeCenter. This is dope. Some Neutral things that didn't shake me up either way: Music: Can be nice but also can be repetitive. Battling: I'm not crazy about the agile and strong styles, but they also aren't bad. It's just an added element you get used too. Trainer Battles: I wish there were more, but again that's not the point of the game and i like they stuck to their guns with that. Again better than that Youngster Joey..... Open world landscape: It is empty at times. You can find certain pokemon or items which is great... but it should be a BIT more worth-while to explore certain areas. Again not bad or great just OK.

I don’t know how to describe this, but if you had some piece of art that was beautifully complex and reached people on all levels… and then sucked the depth and emotion out of it… you would have this movie. It obviously doesn’t do the 94 movie justice, but I will say there are some funny parts added I appreciated. Much of it is muted. Voice acting was weird and out of tone. Almost like a cold reading of the script. Just not a good look overall and if this is your first lion king experience then maybe this will be great for you. But it’s not my cup of tea and it’s not even close to the same league as it’s predecessor.

Pretty great movie. Been a Godzilla fan since I was a child and my older brothers (who are in their 40s now) really enjoyed it too. Movie gives the action you want. I mean you can be nit picky in nearly every movie but here is my list: Pros -Awesome, creative monster fights -Epic entry for Godzilla -Fast paced .. no slow story building -Explained why the heck these monsters are there in the first place -Honestly it was pretty funny too -Special effects are dope Cons -Panning too much to a pretty bland (human) storyline. -could have asked for more of Godzilla’s theme to be sprinkled in the movie, like cmon, it’s gold. -need more monster fights. If you’ve seen Godzilla movies before there is always some silly human story that is involved. Obviously we all just wanna see monsters destroy each other, but for whatever reason these movies are frequently coupled with a not so hot plot line with the humans. It’s almost expected, so I’m not even too upset by it. Here for the action anyways. Non Godzilla fan - 7/10. Godzilla fan - 8.5/10.
