The amount of things I could say about this salon is absurd, but in a whole instead of telling my full story that involves a botched bleach job that cost more than they said they would charge and left me with burns and crusty scabs covering my scalp, I will just speak on the character of the owner, Kelli. Kelli’s only concern after these events occurred consisted of “she better not leave a bad review.” Well Kelli, here it is.
