This was the unfunniest Ricky Gervais show I've ever seen. The material was tedious and the mediocre, rambling comedy routine was awkward and repetitive. If he can't come up with new material after a 2-year pandemic, maybe it's time for Ricky Gervais to do something else.

The first half of the movie is poignant, interesting, entertaining; the rest of the movie is clumsy, disappointing, frustrating. Don't bother watching. Hopefully, the book is better.
