Its Rambo, come on... whilst not as good or gritty as the first blood films, its easy watching and has a good climax and fight scene at the end. Personally I loved the credits at the end with all the clips from the film series. Wish there was a bit more Rambo music in there as well, it times there was only the faintest trace of it.
