Wilbur Smith doesn’t disappoint with this latest book from his Egyptian series. I love all Wilbur’s books he is a master writer, the Egyptian books are my favourite, I love the characters especially Taita and it was a treat to have Hui as the central hero in “The New Kingdom” as he was a character I already knew but this details the twists and turns in his life that brings him to meet the other characters from the previous books. I could not put this book down until the last page, just brilliant. Highly recommend this and if you have not yet read the previous books you don’t know what you are missing! More please Wilbur!
