I understand this is a movie version of the book, picking & choosing what the movie folks decided was the most intriguing.
I had read the book which has some more details as to her relationship with a daughter, her Amazon experience (much more physically challenging) and that she had purchased a piece of land in the southwest and hoped to settle there.
I enjoyed the movie, but felt the whole story wasn't shared. Filmmakers have to pick what they believe tells her story...this was a true story of life being "houseless" and I felt there was more to the story that wasn't shown in the film.
