Since Metal Gear Solid came out in 1998, it has been my favorite game of all time. I never thought that any game could take its place. Elden Ring has. Elden Ring is truly an absolute masterpiece. I have 4 characters. One of which I am on ng+7 lvl 300. I have beat the game around 12 times. It wasn't until I was level 81 during my first playthrough that I learned how to lock on to a target. My three boys started watching me play, and one of them asked, "Why aren't you locking on to the enemy?" I said you can't. They all laughed at me and then showed me how to lock on to an enemy. I then started laughing at myself, locked on to an enemy, and wow, life was a lot easier in Elden ring. Even a dad whose children teach him the mechanics of combat in Elden ring can fall in love with the game. The games enviroment is so immersive the combat is next level and the story is amazing. I love Rannis ending. Age of Stars. I completed rannis questline twice so I can duel wield the dark moon greatsword simply for looks haha.
